Warranty / Returns


OptiGlo LLC offers a full 30 day trial on all of our products. 

Because we offer free shipping, return shipping is paid by the customer. It is highly advised that returns be sent back in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING to prevent damage in transit. Please retain the tracking information for proof of delivery to us. OptiGlo LLC will not be liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds for customers choosing to return during the trial period are 100% of product cost - any shipping costs or international shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note your name and order number on the return.

Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product. Unfortunately, returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.

Please send returns with all original accessories. 

If the returned light is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender.

OPTIGLO PRO SERIES - 3 Year Warranty

Warranty valid only to original purchaser if item purchased directly from www.opti-glo.com or authorized re-seller and is non-transferable.

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, OptiGlo LLC will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problems?

OptiGlo LLC will replace the products at no charge. For the first 180 days, OptiGlo will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 180 days, buyer will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to OptiGlo LLC.  Please retain the tracking information for proof of delivery to us.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
